Our Staff

True Care of the Carolinas staff is composed of professionals who have extensive experience working with individuals who have a variety of issues. Our psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and Master’s level clinicians have worked with the dual-diagnosis individuals, and offenders of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other high-risk behaviors. Our staff has shown proficiency in completion of assessments, provision of individual therapy, and conducting group treatment. They are very familiar with available resources that will enhance the effectiveness of treatment and increase positive outcomes.

Our Service Delivery

True Care of the Carolinas delivers all services on site. Comprehensive assessments are completed on all individuals prior to determining the type of services that are clinically appropriate. Treatment is primarily delivered in group sessions. Groups are held daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the particular treatment recommended.

In certain cirmstances groups may be supplimented with individual therapy sessions. Communication between referring agencies is a significant part of treatment. Progress reports, service notes, and/or face-to-face treatment meetings are the primary methods of facilitating communication with referral sources.

Who Can Receive Services

Any individual who meets the entrance requirements for the services provided will be considered for treatment. Individuals are referred to services by an outside agency. Self referrals are welcome. Services for both males and females are available.  Our administrative staff will work with consumers on an individual basis to create payment plans to fit their circumstances.
